Christina Vasquez currently serves as an Office and Recruitment Coordinator with COPE Health Solutions, where she supports recruitment strategies, onboarding, and administrative operations to ensure efficient workforce development and organizational growth. In this role, she collaborates with leadership and staff to strengthen processes that align with the company’s mission of improving health care access and delivery nationwide.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Vasquez was an Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator, where she guided community members through program enrollment and access to essential health care services. In this role, she focused on supporting underserved populations by increasing awareness of available resources and improving access to care. Earlier in her career, Ms. Vasquez served as an Office Coordinator, where she managed administrative functions, coordinated staff support, and contributed to the overall efficiency of behavioral health programs. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in both health care administration and community health engagement.

Ms. Vasquez earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Community Health from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She later completed her Master of Science in Health Care Administration at Keck Graduate Institute, where she developed expertise in health care leadership, management, and organizational effectiveness.

With a strong passion for health care operations and community health improvement, Ms. Vasquez brings a unique blend of administrative expertise, program coordination, and recruitment experience to her role at COPE Health Solutions.
