Damien Steinrich is a Senior Solution Consultant at COPE Health Solutions with over a decade of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and client-focused technical strategy. At COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Steinrich serves as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, specializing in Tableau dashboard development, server administration, and data pipeline optimization. He is instrumental in delivering value-focused analytics, bridging business goals with actionable insights through advanced visualization and custom web-based solutions.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Steinrich held several leadership roles in data and analytics. As a Data & BI Lead Associate at KeyBank, he spearheaded the development of scalable Tableau dashboards and created an innovative Data Distribution Hub that significantly enhanced user access to dynamic visual analytics. He also led efforts to modernize internal Tableau training and oversaw Tableau Server administration, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Earlier at Phenom People, Mr. Steinrich played a critical role in transitioning the organization’s analytics from Tableau to Looker, showcasing his adaptability and technical acumen in LookML and ETL methodologies. His career in data and business intelligence was built on a strong foundation at Tableau Software, where he served as a technical support manager and subject matter expert for Level-of-Detail expressions, earning recognition as USCA Tableau Support Person of the Quarter.
Mr. Steinrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Business Programmer Analysis from Central Texas College. A U.S. Army veteran, he brings leadership, discipline, and a mission-driven mindset to his work in health analytics and data solutions.
