Kieran O’Sullivan is an accomplished technology leader with over 18 years of software engineering experience, including more than a decade guiding engineering organizations in the health care industry. As Vice President of Engineering at COPE Health Solutions, he is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable SaaS platforms that drive operational efficiency and improve client outcomes. Recognized for building high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones, Mr. O Sullivan combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and compliance.
Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. O’Sullivan was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GenIq Inc., where he focused on the delivery of the company’s health care SaaS offerings, mainly in supporting care management workflows. Previously, Mr. O’Sullivan served as CTO of GMST (Ireland) Ltd., where he established an R&D center and hub of technical excellence focused on numerous projects in the health care industry.
Mr. O’Sullivan holds a Master of Science in Computing (Data Analytics) from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Software Development from Munster Technological University. His expertise spans leading enterprise technology strategy, driving AI-powered innovation, shaping high-performing engineering cultures, and delivering secure, scalable digital platforms that meet the complex needs of the health care industry.
